NAÏM AMOR
"SOUNDTRACKS, VOLUME II", the second instrumental album by Parisian-born, Tucson resident Naïm Amor, has just been released on OWOM. These 11 tracks guest-feature John Convertino, Eric Pifeteau (Little Rabbits) and many more downtown Tucson musicians. Three videos are also included in this enhanced CD.
First with band AMOR BELHOM DUO, and now with his new band AMOR, Naïm has been living in Tucson since 1997, collaborating with Howe Gelb, Joey Burns, John Convertino on his many albums ("WAVELAB", "AMOR BELHOM DUO", "LIVE IN TUCSON", "ABBC/TETE A TETE", "SOUNDTRACKS Vol I ", and the tour cds), with lyrics by his wife Marianne Dissard ("DRUNKEN BEES").
AMOR's first album has been produced by John Parish in November 2003 in Tucson, at the Wavelab studio.
